If your event exceeds 64 people, you are responsible for renting the additional number of items needed to match your guest list.

The facility fee includes:

Multiple visits ahead of your event date, to help with the planning stages.

Access the day before, for an agreed upon time for decorating, set-up of own property/items, and rehearsal time.

Private and exclusive use of the facility for event ceremony and photographs.
Should you wish to serve alcohol, you may obtain a special occasion permit on-line.
Renting Guests and Celebration must agree upon time for clean-up the following day, or pay an additional charge for assistance with clean-up.
Upon booking, we do require a non-refundable deposit of 30%, remaining balance due 30 days prior to event date.
